Dr. Robert Rzuczkowski is a compassionate and dedicated dentist who is committed to helping patients feel confident in their smiles and comfortable in their care! His passion for dentistry began early, first as a dental sterilization technician in high school, then for several years as a dental assistant. These experiences gave him a strong appreciation for patient care and ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in dentistry.

Dr. Robert strove to reconnect with his Polish heritage while pursuing his professional goals. He combined both passions by beginning his dental education in Poland, where he graduated from the Medical University of Lodz in 2022. During his training, Dr. Robert provided care to patients at the Central Clinical Hospital in Lodz throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and also helped treat refugees displaced by regional conflict. These experiences strengthened his belief that every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.

To further advance his education and training, Dr. Robert returned to the United States to attend the Advanced Standing Program at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry. While completing the program, he provided care to underserved communities throughout Chicago and continued expanding his clinical knowledge and skills. He is excited to bring his experience, compassion, and enthusiasm for dentistry to the Palatine community as part of the Plum Grove Dental Center team.

Outside of the office, Dr. Robert enjoys training in martial arts. He has practiced multiple disciplines over the years and has mainly trained in Tang Soo Do for more than 15 years! As both a student and instructor, he enjoys sharing his knowledge and helping others grow through martial arts training.

Dr. Robert is a member of several organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Chicago Dental Society, and the Dental Arts Club of Chicago.
