About Your First Visit

Thank you for choosing Plum Grove Dental Center to care for your smile!  Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional experience.  From the moment you walk through our door we want you to feel welcome.

Since this is your first visit, plan on spending some extra time at the office.  Your first visit with the doctor will typically consist of a health history evaluation, an examination of your teeth and gums, an oral cancer screening, and the taking of any necessary x-rays.  The doctor will then evaluate your information and create a customized treatment plan with you.  A thorough teeth cleaning will then be completed by your hygienist.

At Plum Grove Dental Center, we believe it's important to provide a detailed explanation of treatment options, procedures, and costs.  After your initial visit, we will recommend a preventive care program of regularly scheduled check-ups and cleanings to promote a habit of good oral health.

We make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options.  We will work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.  If you have any questions, please contact our billing and insurance coordinator at 847-359-4700.

We accept and file most insurances for your convenience.  However, please remember you are fully responsible for all fee's charged regardless of your insurance coverage.  Please bring your insurance information with you so that we can expedite reimbursement.  So that we may continue to offer the finest care at a reasonable costs, payment is appreciated at the time service is rendered--unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

For your convenience we accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We also can customize interest free payment arrangements through our office. Other financial arrangements can also be set up by our office with a company called CareCredit.  We are here to assist with all your financial decisions to keep your smile beautiful and healthy.
