How much will my first visit cost?

Your first visit will consist of a thorough examination of your teeth and gums by the doctor. Any necessary x-rays will be taken. The treatment fee will vary based on the type of x-rays needed to make a diagnosis.

Do you accept my insurance?

Yes, as a courtesy to our patients we are happy to complete and submit your benefit claims to your insurance company for personal reimbursement.  We will work hand in hand with our patients to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.  If you have any questions, please contact our insurance coordinator at 847-359-4700.  Please bring your insurance information with you so that we can expedite reimbursement.

Am I expected to pay at time of service?

We offer the finest care at a reasonable cost to our patients.  Payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.   However, we do offer several convenient payment plans as an option.

We offer a 3 month interest free financing option through our office.  If the financing extends beyond 3 months, we offer flexible payment plans through a company called CareCredit.  www.carecredit.com
